What to do when there is an issue with the Glam Adelaide Website

This could be load times, 404 errors, etc...

1. Login to WP Engine (sign in link here)

2. From the dashboard, find the ( ? ) button in the top toolbar.

3. This will open a dropdown that contains a PIN. Click on the PIN to copy it.

4. From here, go to the chatbot (usually floating in a corner of the page).

5. You will have to work through a series of hurdles to reach an actual person. Follow the prompts, and once you are able to, ask to chat to a human.

WP Engine 26. When the chatbot starts to connects you to a human, it will ask for your Support PIN (the thing you copied earlier in Step 3) and a URL. Paste in the url: glamadelaide.com.au

7. Select the relevant team (usually "Technical Support") to be transferred.

8. Wait to be connected to a support officer. Let them know what issue you are experiencing and they will help you solve it (hopefully!) They will be slow to respond, they are working through a lot of data and systems on their end.
