The workflow will open as a large flow chart.
- Find the relevant package/type branch.
- Scroll left or right to find the correct section if needed.
- Scroll up or down to find the individual task.
Tip: Look at the task name rather than the task number. For example, Feature Article #1, Calendar Listing, or Create campaign report.
3. Open the task
- Click the task box you want to edit.
- The Edit action panel will open on the left-hand side.
4. Make your changes
In the left-hand panel, you can change things such as:
- Title – the name of the task
- Due date – how many days after the workflow runs the task is due
- Due time
- Email reminder
- Notes
- Task queue
- Priority
- Assign task to – who should receive the task
Only change the fields you actually need to update.
5. Save the change
- Click Save at the top of the left-hand panel.
- Once saved, the task will update in the workflow.
6. Edit another task if required
- Find the next task.
- Click it.
- Make the change.
- Click Save again.
Repeat this for each task that needs updating.
Important
You do not need to turn the workflow off while making these changes.
Avoid clicking Turn off in the top-right corner unless you actually want to stop the workflow from running.
Each task needs to be edited and saved individually.
