Client email: Bonus article link and info

Once a bonus article has been published, it's important to email them the link so they can read it, and understand the value of what you've 'gifted' them.

TO EDIT THE TEMPLATE

1. Go to Library/Templates

2. Search for "Client Bonus Article Template"

3. Edit and save


TO USE THE TEMPLATE

1. Go to the client's ticket

2. Go to the emails tab

3. Choose 'Create email'

4. Click on the Templates tab

5. Select for 'Client Bonus Article Template'

6. Update the email with the link to the article (ensure it's hyperlinked), its topic, the client's name, your name etc. PLEASE customise this email to be more personal.

7. Please ensure you add the link to this article as an asset in the client's Campaign, and link all social media posts scheduled, to the campaign also - as we will report on both paid and free promotion we've done for them.
