Client email: Final article link and scheduled social media dates

Once an article has received approval from a client, this is the final step, to let the client know it's going live, and to share when the social media shares will be happening. The feedback form will be also be sent within this email.

TO EDIT THE TEMPLATE

1. Go to Library/Templates

2. Search for "Client Article Complete"

3. Edit and save


TO USE THE TEMPLATE

1. Go to the client's ticket

2. Go to the emails tab

3. Choose 'Create email'

4. Click on the Templates tab

5. Select for 'Client Article Complete'

6. Update the article with the link to the article (ensure it's hyperlinked), it's wake date, and the dates for the social shares. PLEASE customise this email to be more personal.
