(NEW 2026) - How to Create Client Reports in HIVE
We were formerly creating reports in Looker/Data Studio. We are now creating them locally on the new Glam Adelaide Dashboard 'Hive', created by Eli.
Open the Hive dashboard
https://hive.glamadelaide.com.au/
Before you start:
Have the correct client/membership or campaign name ready.
Have the client’s HubSpot ticket open so you can confirm package details, dates and any special notes.
Be ready to open Facebook or Instagram links if you need to verify a post or manually add missing social results.
1. Open Client Search and find the client
Open Hive Reporting.
Click Client Search in the top menu.
Type the client name into the Search clients box.
Tick the relevant client/membership ticket record(s). If there's more than one, it could be that their MREC was separate, someone's made a ticket naming typo, etc.
Click Confirm Selection.

2. Review the campaign and social posts
Under Campaigns For This Client, make sure the correct campaign is included.
Scroll through Every Social Post In This Report and check that the listed posts actually belong to the campaign.
If a post does not belong, click Remove next to it.
If Hive flags duplicate tasks, use Fix Duplicates. Only choose Keep as-is when you are confident both entries should remain.

3. Complete the Report Configuration
Scroll to Report Configuration.
Check the Client Name — this is the name that will appear in the report.
Choose the correct Package from the drop-down menu.
Check the Package Start Date and Package End Date.
Use the HubSpot ticket to verify the package, dates and any notes that affect what should appear in the report.
If a deliverable is missing from Hive, click Add Missing Item and add it before generating the report.
When everything is correct, click Generate Report. Hive may briefly show messages such as “Aggregating Social Data” and “Finalising Dashboard”.

4. Choose the cover image
When the report opens, start with the cover page.
The Report Helper panel on the right shows images Hive has pulled from the campaign.
Click the image you want to use as the cover image.
If the correct image is not available, use Upload Cover Image.
Check that the client name and package displayed on the cover are correct.

5. Review the campaign summary carefully
Scroll to the 'Your Campaign' page.
Check the package inclusions, bonus content and values against the client’s actual package and delivered work.
Pay attention to any warnings in Report Helper, such as Table Count Mismatch or Unused Benefits.
If a number in the table is incorrect, click into the editable field and correct it.
Read the summary paragraph and make sure it accurately describes the campaign. Use Regenerate if needed after making corrections.

6. Check the article and content pages
Continue through the report page by page.
Check that the correct feature articles, guide inclusions and other campaign items have been included.
Open any linked article or post when you need to confirm that the item is the right one.
Remove anything that does not belong in the report rather than leaving an incorrect item in place.
7. Check Facebook results and add anything missing
On the Facebook insights page, review the total posts, impressions, reach and engagement.
The Report Helper panel lists the top Facebook links. Open them if you need to verify the correct post or its performance.
If a Facebook share was not captured automatically, use Add Facebook Share Manually.
Enter the caption, URL, date and performance figures shown in the live post/available reporting data, then click Add Facebook Share.
If the page needs a post image, use Upload Image in the report page.

8. Check Instagram results and add missing posts or reels
Review the Instagram totals and the list of included posts.
Use the Top Instagram Links in Report Helper to open and verify posts when needed.
If a post or reel is missing, use Add Reel/Post Manually.
Enter the caption, URL, date and performance figures.
Choose Add as Reel or Add as Post so Hive categorises it correctly.
Upload an image/screenshot for the report page if required.

9. Add extra advertising pages only when required
At the bottom of the report, Hive provides buttons for extra pages such as Skyscraper, Banner, Truskin, Sidebar, Solus EDM, MREC and eNews Leaderboard.
Only add the page types that were part of the client’s campaign.
Check each added page before exporting the report.
10. Final check, save and export
Do one final scroll through the report from the cover to the last page.
Check the client name, package, dates, totals, images and spelling.
Make sure there are no unresolved Report Helper warnings that indicate missing or mismatched content.
Click Save & Exit if you need to finish the report later.
When the report is ready to send, click Generate PDF and wait for Hive to finish creating the file.

Quick final checklist
☐ Correct client and membership/campaign selected
☐ Correct package and campaign dates
☐ Only relevant social posts included
☐ No unexplained duplicate or mismatch warnings
☐ Package inclusions and bonus content are accurate
☐ Facebook and Instagram figures checked
☐ Missing posts/reels added manually where required
☐ Cover image and report images look correct
☐ Final PDF generated only after the full report is checked
Tip: If Hive’s automatic data does not match what you know was delivered, use the HubSpot ticket and the live social/article links as the source of truth before changing the report.
