Client email: Bonus radio mention

When an event is chosen to be featured in our Mix102.3 Weekly What's On segment, we need to contact the client to let them know.

There is a suite of assets associated with this including:

  1. The radio promotion itself (x 5 air time slots)
  2. The Mix102.3 article published on their website, recapping the on air promotion
  3. The Glam Adelaide instagram reel, with the radio audio and associated visuals
  4. Mix102.3 instagram and Facebook posts/stories promoting the segment
  5. The Glam Adelaide weekly what's on guide, which will also feature those three key events, and the social media shares of the guide - all to be logged as part of the client's campaign. 

TO EDIT THE TEMPLATE

1. Go to Library/Templates

2. Search for "Bonus Client Radio Mention"

3. Edit and save


TO USE THE TEMPLATE

1. Go to the client's ticket

2. Go to the emails tab

3. Choose 'Create email'

4. Click on the Templates tab

5. Select for 'Bonus Client Radio Mention'

6. Update the email with the name of the event, the link to the associated instagram reel (if published) and any other related coverage. PLEASE customise this email to be more personal. 

7. Please ensure you add the link to the Mix102.3 article as an asset in the client's Campaign, the Weekly What's On guide link, and any related social media posts to the campaign also. 

8. Please ensure all associated tasks are ticked off in the client's ticket.
